Mohamad Jamous is a Palestinian peacebuilder, community leader, and international speaker based in Ramallah, Palestine, with more than fifteen years of experience in peacebuilding, interfaith dialogue, youth leadership, and civil society across Palestine and Israel. At the heart of his work is a commitment to investing in a new generation of young leaders—equipping them with the courage, skills, and opportunities to shape their communities and build a future grounded in dignity, justice, security, and peace.

Throughout his journey, Mohamad has organized and led hundreds of dialogue programs, interfaith encounters, youth initiatives, leadership programs, educational projects, and community-building activities involving thousands of participants. His work goes beyond bringing people into the same room; it focuses on transforming dialogue into leadership and leadership into action—empowering young people to challenge division, take responsibility, and become active architects of their own future.

Mohamad has held leadership roles in peacebuilding and interfaith organizations across the Holy Land. He served as Palestinian Programs Director of the Abrahamic Reunion from 2014 to 2021 and currently serves as Programs Director and Executive Director for Israel and Palestine for the Children of Abraham Project. In 2026, he co-founded Peace Pioneers, a U.S.-registered initiative dedicated to developing young leaders, strengthening communities, and creating new pathways for dialogue, civic responsibility, and peace.

International Engagement & Education

Mohamad holds a Master’s degree in Political Science, specializing in International Law and Diplomacy (2025). His peacebuilding journey has taken him to international platforms across Europe, North America, and the Middle East, where he has represented Palestinian perspectives and advocated for dialogue, dignity, and a shared future. His international engagement has included the United Nations in New York, the Parliament of the World’s Religions in Toronto, the KAICIID International Fellowship Programme, the Paris Peace Forum, as well as conferences, universities, and interfaith gatherings across multiple countries. Through these platforms, he brings the realities and aspirations of Palestinian communities into international conversations while building relationships that can translate global dialogue into meaningful local action.
